Nepali Intellectuals on Sale !!!
As we are best known to the world for our bravery, this bravery means the guts to stand against the all adversary . Our ancestors, our pride had shown us the warriors way to live the life with dignity, self-respect and brotherhood to all. We live with the purpose and we don't hesitate to die with the purpose, that's our identity.
Recent days, our so called intellectuals are on sale and they are openly selling themselves in the sense of Nepali national interest. They are being used to undermine, mislead, indoctrinate , brainwash and manipulate nepali peoples common thought, loyalty to nation, sense of nationality, ethics, self confidence, dignity and self-respect.
No need to give name of these so called intellectuals here in this article, as we all know them. I am just going to give brief details of there job.
1. Disrespecting the Nepalese history.
These guys are conducting the campaign to disrespect the nepali authentic history. They dont like the unification process of prithvinarayan shah. No need to mention, they have a lot of logic to disrespect Nepali history and manipulate mainly mongolian and madheshi population against the nepali establishment, divert their loyalty to 'caste' instead of nepali nation. in some cases, they are saying every caste of nepal are nation themselves and Nepal is a imperial country but not a single nation.
2. Dividing the present ( on the basis of caste)
Similar to the disrespecting the history, they are using some true and some fake datas and facts to create hatred, to divide themselves mainly based on caste. the main focus is to divide mongolian, aryans, khas and madheshis as well as their dozens of subgroups. representation on government bodies, employment on government institutions, division of electoral bodies ( like demarcation on federal system) are some examples of these guys job. By hook and crook they want to divide nepali citizens. We have a lot of examples, that they are trying to divide us by manipulating our mind, manipulating the informations. Thanks to the freedom of expressions and right of media, these evils are free to express anything they want for their propaganda campaign.
3. Humiliating economic confidence.
They have the power or influence on power to make decision, to run the nation. Continously they are humiliating oue national confidence. They dont want to see nepal as a independent economy, there wish is to keep us underdeveloped, poor and begging for donation to survive. They used to obstruct every economic and infrastructural project by many means. A lot of hydro electricity project, Roadways like nijghad ktm fast-track and hulaki marg of terai etc. They even don't hesitate to support foreign economic blockade to Nepal. They don't want employment to be created here in Nepal, goods to be produced in Nepal.
4. Humiliating military confidence.
Militarily they don't want our army to be strong, well trained, well equipped and efficient. There are successful to create a lot of budgetary and procurement obstacles to gain weapon and equipment to the army, to give them best training and to boost their moral. AS well as popular support to the national army is diminishing by media campaign and other propaganda means of these sold intellectuals. Always they used to say we can fight both of our neighbors, why do we need strong military ? We should beware and know how Israel is surviving fighting against all Arab countries.
5. Humiliating political confidence
they are successful to create a understanding that nepali politics is unable to decide anything. We should satisfy their neighboring country first otherwise we need to be prepare to suffer wrath of them. We are sovereign but we can not decide against their national interest, that's what they want.
6. Threatening the government and people
They don't hesitate to threaten the government and people. Surprisingly, they seemed to be believer of democracy but they can threaten economic blockade or civil war too against the decision of almost 90% popular vote of constituent assembly. The logic is, they are activist for the peoples right so they can do anything, to fight for their demands . Don't care if their demands are rejected from the people or rejected from the representative of the people.
7. Use of internal/external, governmental/nongovernmental agents
that is the complicated part. Mainly these sold intellectuals of Nepal are working for internal/external, governmental/nongovernmental agencies. And if they have countered some interfere from the Nepalese Government or media, they used to use influence of their masters directly in the name of freedom of expression, human right etc.
Collectively some so called intellectuals are campaigning against our national interest, sovereignty, anad national unity targeting to undermine our peoples heart and mind. Its our weakness that uneducated, ill-educated or half-educated peoples with lifelong poverty , unemployment and dissatisfaction are most vulnerable group to be manipulated.
